sorry but cant help you,my son is 37 and wears them all the time and every year when it begins to heat up his groin area becomes very very sore and red and i go through tubes and tubes of cream on him[thankfully via a free prescription] ive tried all sorts to cool him but never came up with anything that works.

How old is he? Maybe he wants to start toilet training? (which is what I am doing with DS4 atm!)

Myra, have you tried good old-fashioned egg white?

or bepanthen cream? (recommended by a friend)

have you tried pads instead of nappies during the day?

if its not a sign of readiness nor a change pad thing its because plastic doesnt brethe

im an adult hfa with double incon, and hence padded all the time for hot days get cloth backed ones rather then plastic molicare air active or tena flex should do for those hot days
