accessories for Maclaren major elite

Could anyone advise me. I have just been issued the Maclaren Major Elite but need to get the raincover and basket to hold it. They seem very expensive new and I do not have that sort of money available especially catering for two children with special needs and a third child excited about father christmas!! Has anyone found somewhere cheaper to buy them. Thank you for any advice (It is for my daughter with 22Q11 del syndrome.)
