elasticated waist school trousers!

does anyone know where I could buy some full elasticated waisted pull on school trousers for my 12 year old son who has Down syndrome. He can't manage fasteners yet and is about to go to mainstream secondry school. I don't want him to feel embarrassed about dressing/undressing 
It seems that this style of trousers stops at 8 years! I am anticipating that he will need this style for the next 2 or 3 years (so up to about 15 years old).
