Hi, Just need some advice...
My son is statemented, he is at mainstream with 20 hours of support, he has autism ( moderate ).
He is behind his peers academically, not doing well socially ( no friends... )
and with lots of sensory issues.
Now, we think he should be going into a special unit... Apparently there is no places right now, all full... Very disappointed.
Nobody seems to be very helpful and my kid get stuck in the mainstream with the minimum required help possible...
He will in some stage get upset for not having friends i'm sure and being isolated...
Thank you for reading... smile
