Obviously i cannot vouch for its quality...but may me worth a try if you cannot get it prescribed...or capsules/tablets are 'detected' and refused by your child???

To recap.....MELATONIN is naturally produced and regulates our BODY CLOCK....well that's what is supposed to happen!!!!

In people with NEUROLOGICAL problems such as AUTISM/ASPERGER'S&ADHD etc sleep may not be so easy to come by.

Particularilty effective with people who cannot get to sleep....though some on here have said it can work if given at night wakenings if that is your particular prob.
Basically i give it 30-60mins b4 planned bedtime...and have found 'topping up' with it right up to 1am doesn't seem to cause problems the next morning.

Currently MELATONIN cannot be prescribed by a GP- so has to be via a paediatrician/specialist etc.

The ebay seller i saw this on seems good- she also sells loads of 'autism merchandise'.....
This is the link

I need something that will knock ds1 and ds2 out at the same time. Ds1 will happily trot off to bed at 8.15pm and fall asleep for about 9.30pm - and then be wide awake anytime after about 4am. Ds2 will still be bouncing about until very very late but will often sleep until about 7am. I'm hoping ds2 will calm down in the same way that ds1 eventually did.

Ds2 is always trying to get at my Baileys so maybe a "special milk" drink to knock them both out would do the trick?

Or should I mix it with tea?
