Nice recpe, but it probably goes without saying - check the suet, as it's often flour drenched! (iirc, the M&S veg suet is covered with rice flour.)

Too right ouryve. Guess which muppet bought vegetable suet without checking the ingredients? Will look in M&S this weekend.

Eeeek! Hope you find something suitable. It's such a tiny amount that vegetable oil or white Flora/Trex would work fine, anyhow.
