Hoping someone can help me. My dd is teething and nothing is helping, have tried calpol, calprofen and bonjela. She has ACC and microcephaly and am starting to think that because of her problems the pain relief isnt really helping that much. Shes getting so upset and shes been through so much in the 17 months shes been here, i just hate seeing her upset and not being able to do anything to help her. Anyone got any ideas. Teething is mean.

Loli maybe try teething ring. My DS use to love the water filled oned which you could keep in fridge so the coldness numbed the pain a little. Sorry can't help more, feel for you, it's horrible when you can't take the pain away for them.

We used a homiopathic teething powder in a white box with blue on it, but have no idea if it would be suitable for your dd. Sorry forgotten the name will post if I recall it. Also monkeypies chilled teething rings.

Monkeypie - unfortunately dd hasnt got the ability to use a teething ring, doesnt really like anything in her mouth as shes tube fed and not used to it. Magso - will look into the homeopathic powders. Thanks for the advice, shes got 9 teeth now so hopefully it wont last too much longer.

Loli, its called TEETHA I think. You rub it gently on the gums - ds was a bit defensive too but liked the taste so we sort of shook a little onto the gums, before bed. HTH
