DS1(6) is dyspraxic we think and is really enjoying karate. I think it's helped his balance, coordination and confidence.

My ds has a double whammy with balance because of the deafness and dyspraxia.......

Well done to your ds, LJ.

Ds1 has just started doing Tae Kwon Do and is loving it so far.

Good luck for April.

I think martial arts are great. My DD1 is on the spectrum and she does has done taekwando for the past year. It has really helped her to concentrate, has helped her memory and is also very calming. I'm really proud of my little green belt.
