Phone you at home to discuss & decide exactly what they should put on the DLA forms, she said she wanted to make sure the DWP got the full picture.

My sons Paed and my sons GP are both very supportive of my ds and I,i even gave my GP a bottle of wine when he called to see us the week before christmas, he had said several weeks ago that he would do whatever he could to help us, i went in there last month and said "oh by the way i told the social worker to contact you for a report for ds" he just said "thats fine" I appreciate how lucky I am.

DD2's consultant is amazing - you can tell he was built to work with kids. DH isn't usually keen on coming to hospital for her appointments etc but I had to bring him along to meet her consultant just to prove it and he agrees! He always comes to see her after an operation and showed me how to do a procedure too. He even called me the other day in person to discuss a query that I had left with his secretary. He works in Southampton.

DSs Pead also contacted me about the DLA form to check what i wanted placed on it! He knew DLA was important to letting me be at home with DS and needed to make sure he put enough info down! My Pead also emails me regularly to find out how things are going now we have been referred on to CAHMS!!!!

J's CAMHS psychiatrist is brilliant. Wrote supporting letter for blue badge, did DLA report, came to Child In Need meeting at school, and is always really helpful. Can't fault her.

Exactly im very close to my ds's hearing consultant, ive known her 11 years now and i can give her a hug and a kiss when i see her, and the staff at Ipswich Children Dept know my son by name hes been in and out of there since he was three weeks old! I arrived once without him (he was with his carer) and they were saying where is "..." then! Its nice like that
