Vision support therapy

Anyone get this? Just called them up to demand it for dd after 3 years of them dicking about and not doing it. She's got CVI from her brain damage.
If anyone does get it, how much do you get? Should I expect an hour a month? weekly? Once in a blue moon?
Finally fed up with it all and phoned to speak to the 'team leader' (who wasn't there) and asked if they'd let a non-disabled child go blind or is it just CP kids.
I hate having to get mardy.
