Page 5 onwards looks good....here's a 'snippit'

"The first very important thing to understand is that
communication is a bodily function.
Communicating by signing and making physical
contact are forms of attention. If you need to help your
child to communicate his or her needs, or if looking
after your child is very time-consuming because you
have developed special techniques for communication,
or their lack of comprehension makes them a danger to
themselves or others, then he or she should be able to
qualify for DLA."
