LA didn't submit any evidence before deadline

Deadline for Tribunal evidence came and went and the LA just sent a pretty lame salt report that wouldn't help them.

They are a nasty lot so they won't be throwing in the towel. I'm guessing they'll come up with some reason to drag it out. Any ideas as to what they are up to?
