Tribunal- refusal of assessment

Can anyone help. I have appealed to tribunal as LA refused to assess. I need to fill in the attendance form and another form sent which asks if I have sent all documentation to LA and tribunal. By 'documentation' do they mean the forms they have given me or all of the reports and supporting info from school, EP etc that I sent to LA with my request? Or do the LA send this as part of the 'bundle' they send to tribunal. Thanks - so confusedConfused. So worried about missing a deadline or not sending tribunal everything they need!

Hi

It just means have you sent everything in support of your case?

So, if you have anything you are waiting for - private reports, paed report, copies of letters etc then no, you haven't.

Remember that anything you do send needs to go to the tribunal and the LA.

Letters, etc that I sent to LA when first requested to the tribunal now as well?

Hi - I'm assuming you sent the appeal form to Sendist and all the back up paperwork? This will all be copied to your LA and they will prepare a response based on this. So anything you want the tribunal to take into account should have gone to the tribunal with the appeal form and after that, send stuff with the appeal reference to the LA and the tribunal.

Does that make sense?

Yes I sent the appeal application form and copy of LAs refusal letter that was on list of things to send along With mediation certificate. I didn't send sendist EP report, school reports etc just filled in the questions on the form. I have a tribunal date and LA have to respond next week. Think I may have messed up a bit Sad So should I send them copy of everything I have previously sent to LA now?

Yes don't worry .

Send copies to the tribunal and the LA at the same time with a covering note referencing the case and just saying in support of my case.

If you think you need to explain why you can add more to the covering letter. (I.e. Why the report is useful).

Even if you've sent them already to the lA just do both at the same time. Then you're covered. At the bottom put cc X LA and address to the tribunal.
