3 year old on Movicol but still isnt regular

My 3 year old was on Lactulose from 4 months and senokot later on. We have just been perscribed Movicol, but she still wont go although they are soft. I have to hold her on the toilet screaming. I have also noticed her tummy rather swollen since the movicol. Anyone help!

How much is she having wilk? When my dd started on Movicol we upped the dose several times and TBH when she eventually went there was no way she could have held it
