Quick question re appeals (mainly for the ABA tribunal-experienced people)

Hi, can I just ask something to the people with ABA programmes and tribunal experience. We have just been very alarmed today to receive information that the LA seems to be trying to pull back the ABA programme (statment needs to be reviewed, just had annual review with school who are fully in support, but LA seem to be saying something different). We won the programme at tribunal originally and will go back to tribunal if we have to (especialy as we have the support of the school this time, which we did not have last time) but can I just ask something. While the process is going through (applying, the lead-up time etc) does the previous statement stand until the tribunal or can they pull the funding now?

If they amend the statement, then it takes effect once it's finalised.
