On a lighter note! (After my ranting!)
However much ds drives me up the wall there are some things he does that make me smile and remember he is a lovely little boy after all!

Last week we decided to go to mcdonalds (drive thru - didn't brave going in!)
Anyway, ds always has a chicken nugget happy meal - it's the only thing he will eat.
We get our order and I notice that they have put a hamburger in his happy meal rather than chicken nuggets. Decided to give it to him anyway to see if he might eat it.
On seeing the hamburger ds picks it out the box, looks utterly mortified and says "ohhhh noooooooo!" before chucking it on the floor!
It made us laugh so much! We were lucky that he didn't scream really! He actually waited quite patiently while dp went and got chicken nuggets!
Ds has quite a "thing" about saying "ohhh nooo!". I remember once we were in Tesco and a member of staff was sorting out clothing and the whole lot collapsed. Ds shouts at the top of his voice "OHHH NOOOO!". We thought it was quite funny but the woman didn't look too amused and a bit stressed so we moved ds away quite quickly!
Thought it would be nice to share some of the cute things our kids do as I notice that I moan about mine too much really!

My ds has been asking about babies - young for a nearly 4yo with asd. Anyway I told him that Daddy put a seed in Mummy's tummy and Mummy fed the seed and it grew into a baby - him and his brother and sister. He promptly told his Nursery leader that wanted a seed in his tummy so he could have a baby like Mummy - bless - think there is some more explaining to do yet.

He has also asked me a couple of times if he can go back in my tummy!!!

Dd's birth gave ds1 and ds2 all kinds of strange ideas. Ds1 (6yrs) thought that dh was my oldest baby. So right in some ways.

Ds2 is now convinced that he too was born a girl and that his appendage grew later. "When I was a girl..." is his favourite sentence-starter.

And I know I shouldn't laugh but ds2 (3yrs)has me in hysterics when he sounds like a little old man in a child's body. Things like "My father will be home soon" and "I'll be back in a jiffy" just make me LOL. I'm waiting for him to start calling me "Mother". We live in a fairly rough area so it sounds even more strange.

On the 'oh no' lines - DS2's favourite word atm is 'whoops'. Except if he says it once and we repeat it we have to say it over...and over...and over.....

CT - DS1 is the same as your DS2 with the old fashioned phrases. Eg

'Don't worry, I'm very stable' when told to be careful when climbing.
'I'm keeping my eyes peeled'.

He also makes great mistakes - apparently the people in his nativity play with the most to say were the 'waiters' . As in 'nawaiters' you understand...
