pregnant is omega 3 i good idea?

hi we have just found out we are expecting our second child

ds1 has asd and in the attempt for the second to not have it i have started taking sanatogen pro natel and omega 3 i just wanted to know if anyone else has done this and did it help also there is no reason you shouldnt take omega 3 with a history of omega 3 is there??

Hi Bubble and Congatulations! Ive never heard of any reason why you shouldnt take omega 3 in pregnancy with a history of asd in the family tbh. Hopefully someone who knows more than me will be on soon to advise you better!

As long as it's expensive it's fine Seriously, if its from fish oils you need to make sure its been fitreated to remove mercury. Expensive brands do this. Good idea with ASD, but check the packaging (they proclaim loudly if they have had heavy metals removed).

this is the response i got after emailing them and asking them about the mercury in its product do you think this means its ok?
