That I go to Inclusion support panel. I see the draft ehcp and find out if it they decide to issue it or not.
I am only an observer, not allowed to speak. The council SEN person presents my sons case.
This is where I find out if she has listened to the reports provided, or if she made up her mind before the assessment (which I strongly suspect she did)
I am very nervous.
Then I have 15 days to respond and suggest a placement, that is if they agree to issue a draft plan.
If not, the whole 9 months have been for nothing, and he gets permanently excluded from school.
