making tea earlier,DH came in. I asked him to put Ellie's apron on, she was standing by the safety gate at the kitchen

He tied her apron then went off. a minute later Ellie started screaming "stuck stuck", getting so upset and started to have a bad tantrum

He had only gone and tied her to the gate (by mistake)
