Statement advice - set format?

Okay, I know that Parts 2 and 3 o f the SSEN deals with needs and provisions.

Question - does it have to be in a particular format? The LA has, cognitive abilities, communication, personal and social etc in their subheadings.

We want ours with differnt subheadings but dealing with all those needs too.

I have looked at SEN COP and it does not say anything about this. Can anyone help?

No. You can put what you like. However it would be wise to be as logical as possible so that part 3 maps clearly onto part 2 with the only logical solution being first the provision in oart 3 and then subsequently part 4.
