I am so happy, Ellie actually did a wee on the potty

I had only posted on here earlier today saying that we were waiting for her first wee!

she has done a poo before but just can't squeeze a wee out!

Ages ago I said "when you do a wee we will have a party"

Grace took it literally and has been waiting for the day Ellie has a wee on the potty and we can have a wee wee party

So wee wee party it is tomorow!! lol

Only us!!!! lol Grace excitedly said she is going to tell everyone at School today that we are having a wee wee party tomorow and is going to tell her Teacher!!!!!!!!

that is fab news had some good things happen ages ago when dd1 would ask for the toilet and at least do wees in the toilet and then all of a sudden refused to use the toilet at all....

then the last couple of weeks she is now telling us when she needs a clean nappy and asking every now and then to go to the potty - we have had a couple of successes. She will also have a try for me so am just taking it at her pace and see what happens.

I am slowly getting the concept of wet and dry across although I wondered how good it was when - I took dd1 to put her in the car and she brushed up against a plant that had dew on it. When I said wet - she brushed her fanny and told me wet!! I had been putting her in normal knickers and then when she wet - rubbing her hand on her wet knickers, saying wet... then changing her and saying dry - again letting her feel her dry knickers.......
