Big style with Ds calling DH a stupid Bxxtard, and sticking 2 fingers up and telling DH to F, Off.

All this because DH asked DS to put some clothes on, he is now upstairs trashing his room.

Its a good job we are seeing the consultant at CAMHS this afternoon.

Jenk, sorry too that these last few months have been so difficult for you. How did it go at CAMHS?

No idea what to suggest, except perhaps suggesting the EWO ring the Dr once they've met your Ds.

hope things can be sorted without the EWO involving the courts, and withotu you shooting the EWO.

These people need to come and live your life for a day and see WHY he hasn't been in.

I think thats pretty awful of the EWO to make threats at a time that is so obviously stressful for you and your family! I work wit teenagers in care so work with CAMHS I hope that you will benefit from them and their support. I tihnk some kids really do struggle with school which doesnt mean that they are stupid-far from it actually. I hope things do start to look up for you

Consultant psychologist has been trying to get hold of EWO for the last week to speak to her re DS and his problems but the EWO doesnt answer her messages-her excuse? shes busy visiting different schools, she has a mobile number but doesnt give it out.

Jayzmummy has been giving me some good advice as she has been through this herself with her ds and i have IPSEA involved as well also, this afternoon the childrens legal centre contacted me so i am going to speak to them tomorrow.

EWO has 4 letters, 3 from GPs confirming that DS does have anxiety/stress and finds it difficult to cope with peer relationships and one from his consultant who mentions home tuition and that its going to take a careful integration package to get him back into school.

I mean as if we havent got enough stress without her threatening us, but i told her colleague yesterday to start proceedings as thats the only way we are going to put our case forward, im not bothered anymore if they do because we have complied with their every request up to now.

Oh and by the way the EWO is basing her "evidence" that DS doesnt have anxiety etc on a phonecall that she made to CAMHS 2 weeks ago where she spoke to the psychiatrists secretary(the one that has been removed from DS case as we complained about him) who said "i cant see anything in here about him suffering from anxiety"
We did NOT give EWO permission to look at DS notes and we are sure that she has broke some rules by getting the sectretary to do so, if so we will have a field day with that one if and when we have to go to an impact meeting which is whats she,s threatening atm- oh and on the spot fines of up to £100. Stupid woman

I'm sorry to hear that Jenk This sounds like it's all getting a bit out of hand. I know you've only got your son's best interest at heart, and god knows if I were in your situation I would fight to get whats best for my ds, but going to court sounds so drastic. Is a sentence likely or would they issue a fairly heavy fine instead for first time appearance in court? Could you not just Home Ed for a while just to get them off your backs for the time being. I know I'm looking it in a simplified way, I have no experience of EWO's, home ed etc and I know you're very angry with the way you've been treated throughtout, and heck so would I in your position but have you really run out of all options? Is Home Ed really out of the question?

The first thing that they can do is issue a warning letter then a £50 fine which will punish us for the period of Nov until now. If they do that we will appeal against it, the problem we have with Home Ed is that once i remove DS name from the school register that is the end of help, he hasnt got a statement although he should have one by now but thats a different story, anyway i think its all been sorted out, DS was in CAMHS yesterday, im going to post a new thread about that.
