Maclaren Major 2000 Buggy - FREE!

A friend of mine has a Maclaren Major 2000 special needs buggy she is happy to give away to someone who could use it. It is suitable for up to age 10 years, has a rain cover and sun canopy. She paid around £250.00 for it and it's had hardly any use. If anyone would like it or know of anyone, please let me know.
Depending on location, presumably P&P would need to be paid, she lives in Barnet.

Hi I am very interested in the buggy, I would be able to collect it tomorrow.
Please let me know if it is still available.

Oops, sorry folks, have been out today. I will put CATs back on and we can get down to business. I'm sure it hasn't gone so maybe whoever can go to fetch it first gets first option? I'll "speak" to you all very soon. So pleased there is some interest!

MandM, I think val has sorted this out and picked up the buggy today. So sorry I hadn't turned on my CAT and hope you find something soon. If it hasn't worked out I'll let you know.

Davros

Val tried without success to get hold of your friend at the weekend. She is going to try ringing her again as we have someone who will pick it up for her.

lucyep, its a bit odd as I gave Val my friend's home and mobile nos and she said she had no calls and no messages. She could also have called me back to check the numbers but she didn't. I hope someone will take this freebie!

Hi Davros
I did eventually manage to contact Jane yesterday, and have arranged for the buggy to be picked up this coming weekend.
Sorry, it must have been after you spoke to her!

Bad news as too late but we got our Maclaren Major from the wheel chair assessment clinic at out local hospital (only after buying totally inappropriate buggy from mothercare for holiday!). I think referral can be made by physio or GP. DD aged 4 doesn't need a wheelchair but does need wheels if there is to be a lot of walking involved - trips to the zoo!!
