Academy Appealing to the Secretary of State to change part 4 placement

A Big PLEE to anyone out there that has been in this situation. Would love to hear what happened.
Cannot find any examples/cases on the internet.
It's in the hands of my solicitor (a very good one) so please can you message me with information if you have any.

Different case, where the parents appealed to the tribunal and the academy tried to argue that they had no right of appeal. I've seen somewhere that the Secretary of State sent a letter basically not supporting the academy and saying he expected them to deal with the tribunal and obey their orders.
