Hi,

This is the first time I have ever posted, but have been following for years! I run a small digital marketing agency and am just starting to look for administrative support. If you or anyone you know would like more information please get in touch, details below:

Job Title
Administrative Support/Data Input

Who We Are
We are The Website Doctors, a small digital marketing agency based in Cumbria. As our business is growing we are seeking administrative support to enable us to move the business forward. We are looking to develop a strong working relationship with an individual who is looking to be part of something exciting.

Duties
Check content for spelling and grammatical errors and consistency
Input ready-prepared content onto content management systems, format and create links
Light editing of content where necessary in accordance with our guides
Communicate with clients via phone and email where necessary
Allocate work to freelancers
Manage the storage of work received from freelancers

Essential Skills
A good understanding of the English language and grammar
Good computing skills and the ability to input data onto a content management site

Competencies
Meticulous with a strong eye for detail
Good communication skills
Good organisation
Flexibility and a willingness to grow alongside our business as it grows

Relationships
You will report to the company owners. We are looking to mainly communicate via FaceTime/Skype/Zoom, however, we would aim to meet up once a month. We work with freelancers who you will communicate with on a daily basis.

Salary
£7.20 Per Hour, 15 hours per week ( £5616 Per Annum)
3 hours per day (times to be agreed)

Paying less than the national minimum wage. Nice.

Hi Boogers,

This is a huge mistake on our part! Looked it up on Google and saw 2015’s minimum by accident. I have requested that this can be edited to say £7.20 Per Hour and £5616 Per Annum and it should read 15 hours not 16.

This is clearly why we need an admin assistant!
