At 4 weeks, DD has finally reached 8lbs and so we can start using the Moby Wrap- very exciting! Tried her out in it today and we both loved it- she was soothed and I was able to load the dishwasher (but don't grass to DH about that!!).
I was just wondering if there is a maximum time DD should spend in the wrap, in the same way that for example it is not recommended for LOs to spend excessive amounts of time in car seats and so on. I mean, I'm not planning on baby wearing for 20 hours a day or anything, just wanted to check I'm not doing anything detrimental to DD's development- spine, neck, head etc?
TIA!
