Knees higher than hips in Moby?

I thought that baby's knees should be higher than the hips if they're properly positioned. Noticed DS wasn't in this position when DH had wrapped him yesterday, but DH showed me the Moby booklet which clearly shows their legs almost straight. Am I wrong? Thanks.

I've long since lost my instructions, but ds was always knees higher than hips in moby. How strange!

We had to replace the last Moby so this is a newer booklet. Some of the babies look like they're hanging or 'crotch dangling'. Straight backs and legs. Odd.
