Uncomfy wrap sling - am I doing it wrong?

I have a Calin Bleu fleece stretchy wrap. DD is 5 weeks and not particularly heavy, but I find it really uncomfy. Did anyone else not get on with wrap slings?

I have had a CS but would still expect it to be more comfy than just carrying her in my arms (which it's not). It pulls on my back and tummy.

Any tips much appreciated - I'm trying to tie it tightly but may be failing blush

The most common problems with stretchy wraps are:

Too loose
Too low (you should be able to kiss top of baby's head easily
Too high (you shouldn't have to lean back to avoid bashing your chin on their head)
Twisted up - if it is twisted on itself everywhere you tend to get some bits tight and some bits loose which results in an uneven carry which isn't comfy.

Could you put a pic on your profile if you want someone to have a look whether it looks right? Or can you get to a local sling meet?
