Which Baby backpack best for 5'2"

I am trying to get a backpack to carry my 16month old in and although it needs to fit me and my husband (5'11), Im going to be using it most. Ive looked at reviews but only been able to try a couple on as they dont seem to stock littlelife or macpac or vaude anywhere near us. The bushbaby that I tried on was too big (too high basically) so i just wondered if anyone else had this problem and what they would recommend.

We do quite a lot of walking so want a decent one.

How about a soft structured carrier like an Ergo, Manduca, Rose & Rebellion, Beco...?

Will be much comfier, better fitted to your body and a lot lighter!
