Best position for a 3 month old?

I have an ergo sling for my DD which I'm using with the new style infant insert. At what age can I put her with her legs dangling out of the side, rather than in the "frogs legs" position?

Whenever you like really! At 3 months, I'd say most babies would be more comfortable legs out...but it depends on the baby. Mine hated froggy legs in from day 1, so always had legs out in the Moby wrap right from the very beginning.

You'll need to keep using the infant insert until her legs are long enough to straddle the base of the main carrier, although you can always cinch in the seat a little with a ribbon or something.

Sounds promising - I love the ergo but the insert is so big and bulky!
