Ergo infant Insert

Have got an Ergo carrier which I loved using with DS, got it when he was 8 months old so didn't have insert.

Expecting DC2 anyday and have been looking at the infant inserts.

Wondering what the difference is between the heart shape insert and the other one.

Does anyone have experience of either?

I'd be grateful for advice / recommendations
