Beco sling versus wrap sling?

Hello, I have already purchased a Baby Bjorn Air sling for my baby due in November. I was intending to use this for walking outside, to the shops etc. However, I would also like a sling for around the house which may be more comfortable.

I like the idea of the wrap slings but to be honest, I don't think the design is going to work for me. They look a bit fiddly and I hate fiddly things. Therefore I am wondering is there a nice inbetween - like a soft carrier. Seems the Beco seems to get good reviews. Has anyone had any experience with it?

Many thanks

I have a Beco which I recently bought for my nearly 7mo and really like it so far. However when he was smaller I used a close baby carrier which was fab as its like a wrap but quick to put on and really snuggles them to you. He always fell straight to sleep and it is comfy to wear, just not so great when they are bigger as you can only wear on front whereas my Beco you can where on back which is better with a bigger baby. cant really say how good it would be for a newborn but would imagine fine as it has a special infant insert. Have a look on ebay for close carriers as they often come up :)
