Can I BF in a Moby?

Hello

Expecting first baby in November, and currently trying to decide between a Moby and a Kari Me.

Moby is winning at the moment, but I noticed that there's no mention on their website of being able to BF while baby's in the wrap. Kari Me info seems to specifically state it's possible.

They seem pretty identical to me, so am kind of assuming that it would be possible with a Moby but am I wrong?!!!

Thanks all you experienced slingers.

Hello, not an experienced slinger (in fact first baby also due in November!)but I have been looking into this. I thought I'd seen specific instructions on the Moby website, but now can't find them. There isthis though from another site.

Hopefully someone with actual experience will be along to offer more help soon.

Yes, you can. In the booklet you get with the Moby it shows you how to do it.

Having said that I never got the hang of it their way, but managed to feed ds standing up using the wrap as a support, just not fully in the wrap as they suggest.

You can - it takes a while to get it but I weas eventually able to latch him on and walk round the shops. But it did take us ages to learn to do it and by the time we did he was getting to the point where he wanted to break off to look round all the time anyway! But it is doable. I'm pg again and wondering about getting a ring sling for breastfeeding in and the wrap for more vigorous activities (they feel so safe and snuggly in a Moby!) - you'll love it!
