Very difficult to know. Were they restaurant cooked or cooked at home in oil?

Beefeater spuds , I had a roast today I Syned the gravy but couldn't find a syn value for spuds

According to the app, 25g of any sorbet is 1.5 syns, so I'd go with that.

Just so you know, a smallish scoop would probably be about 100g though.
