So your can use as many sprays as you like? But I can't pour it? When I do potatoes I pour it otherwise it hurts my hand to keep spraying it. Should I be syn'ing the pours?? If that makes any sense at all?

I think you are meant to syn it if you pour it.
How much are you using that you need to pour it?
I only spray my spuds with about 6 sprays, and a few sprays to cover the greaseproof paper in the bottom of the baking tray?

I don't pour it. I spray foil on a baking tray and heat that while I'm parboiling the pots for 8 mins. Then tip the pots onto the foil and give it enough sprays to get it over all the pots, then put it in for about 25 mins. Then turn and maybe a few more sprays and in for about 20 mins. I often just do wedges with the skins on instead of roasties.

You only need to spray thinly on the tray and potatoes. You don't need as much as you would with oil

Opp's ! I had this fear they would dry out & burn.

I tried to fry some mushrooms. & onions with it but I just kept squirting more out because I thought they were going to catch the bottom of pan & burn too.

I will try again this week using less.

Thanks everyone!

I found it useless when cooking an omelette. The pan is new and non stick but everything just stuck.
It's fine with potatoes and stir frys thoConfused

Do you heat the fry light and wait for the bubbles to go clear before adding the food? I find omelettes don't stick when I do that.

Also i grill the top of them rather than flip them to cook the other side.

On the frylight under where is says what flavour
Butter /sunflower /coconut there is 3 icons
Pan/bowl/oven dish use the one that is closest on how you are going to cook as it will save your pans and you won't need as many squirts
