Tesco Mexican Grains

Rejoining SW on Thursday after a year of just messing about with it and now at my heaviest in 5 years.

So back on it today, writing everything down and been for a walk down the beach for some exercise, even bulk ordered scan bran from H&B

I've got in the fridge these new Tesco pouches that are in the chiller with the courgetti and cauliflower rice and wondered if anyone knew the Syns?

There is Mexican Grains and I also got the Mediterranean one and Superfood Grains (3 for 2). The Mediterranean one was really nice so I just know it's going to be 8 or 9!!!!

How many calories? What does 20 calls = 1 syn make them?

Half pack is 211 calories of the Superfood one and the Mexican is 205g

It's not as straightforward as calories - not with food that has free foods in it, so it'll probably be less than that.

Have you tried the syn calculator?

I don't have access to website till I rejoin on Thursday. I'll eat them up this week and then when I can get the values will put them on here.

Now time to make my lunch! Smoked salmon, crayfish tails and boiled egg salad

So I re-joined and not as bad as I thought. Ironically I'm the same weight as when I first went in 1999!!!

Anyway, the Mexican pouch is 2.5 syns for 150g so not too bad to mix into a nice salad with feta
