I've been doing sw for almost a year and lost almost 4 stone but it has really slowed down so this week k am trying 4 days of SP. I've planned salmon and veg, spag Bol with courgetti, and roast chicken with roasted carrots. Any other suggestions? And does it work?

I like sp days.

I use courgetti for spaghetti
Cauliflower rice for rice
Celeriac or swede for chips or mash.

Speed fruits.....no mango or bananas.....I lost 4lbs when I did sp last time.

I think it does work! I joined SW in January and haven't had the fastest weight lose (only 12lbs so far) but my target was 1st4 so getting there slowly. I am quite terrible for drinking most saturday nights, so I have SP days mon-weds to try and claw back from the weekend.
My faves are: steak/gammon with salad, chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese on top with a huge salad and some mushy peas.
Chicken fajitas is a good one with loads of roasted veg. I have one Bfree wrap as my HeB so still getting carbs in the meal! Or a chilli with cauli rice and some baked kale.
Also for breakfast sweetened quark with loads of berries. Good luck!

I did 3 days last week after a using a weeks worth of syns at the weekend...I lost 3lbs. So trying it again this week. My SP meals have been:

Roast chicken with tons of roast speed veg
Chilli with lots of beans, both with and without caulI rice.
Stir fry with no rice or noodles
Sausage and bean casserole (syn free sausage)
Omelette and salad
SW fry up - your extra hexb comes in handy for a slice of toast with this.
Cottage pie with root veg mash

I've found it ok. Missing bananas and blueberries though! You just need to be even more organised and get lots of protein into you. I usually have porridge with apple for breakfast, quark and berries for a snack, salad with ham and egg or chicken, or leftovers of my dinner. Then a piece of toast if I'm hungry at night (or yiu could have a hifi bar).
