Everyone and his mother raves about it in class so I tried it. Sorry but I didnt like it!!! I found it too tomatoey if that makes sense I would like it if it was perhaps more like "normal" pulled pork more BBQeyHelp me like it please
Try upping the other ingredients, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce etc to make those flavours stronger? Stick a bit of soy sauce in?
Yup- vile stuff. I cook it in tinned tomatoes and then just measure out a tablespoon of my favourite BBQ sauce and add it to my portion at serving time. Rest of family do the same except for the measuring part!
It's far to sweet for me so I use less sugar, add soy sauce and some smoked paprika
