Mini break - what will the damage be?

I am going on a spa break on Sunday, only overnight. Dinner, bed and breakfast. we usually take some treats with us. I would really like to take and M and S sandwich and a bag of crisps. ( a big bag, not 25g!). Breakfast is hot buffet - I plan to have egg, mushrooms, tomato and toast.
Would you at least maintain if you did this?
We will be home by mid afternoon on Monday and back on plan.
Not planning to drink. Might have an Irish coffee.
I am struggling with my weightloss a bit but this treat has been arranged since Christmas and I would really like to enjoy it and not feel guilty about enjoying the food bit of it.

If you want to enjoy it then just do that and accept you may have a gain that week.

Some will gain doing what you've described while others will maintain. It's individual.

It also depends when your weigh in is. Mine is sat am so I still have most of a week to limit damage from a weekend, but if your weigh in is Monday you're more likely to see the effect on the scales.

I think do your best enjoy your break without going mad but back at it when you get home. If you have a gain, it was worth it!

Just eat what you fancy, enjoy and get back on it the next day 100% and it will balance out

Enjoy your weekend and don't worry. As a former female bodybuilder competitior I have learnt over the years to enjoy treats. If your eating clean during the rest of your programme having a little 'off' day will actually do you good

Thanks. Next week is a taster week so although I will gave to face the scales I won't have to explain myself and hopefully can get any gain off the week after! ( am strictly on plan until tomorrow, so hoping that will help )

If you have kept to plan up to the trip and go straight back to it on Monday then hopefully you will be ok

I went away twice last week overnight. I also drank a fair bit and ate out but I kept to plan before and after and managed to not gain weight. I did take fruit and Alpen Lights to snack on

Could you take a salad with you instead of the sandwich? If you are not drinking the crisps could stay.

Thanks for that, I had put on half a pound last week and honestly was so dismayed as I have no idea why. If I do put on this week, at least I will know why,! I am really in the zone at home and my friends are being brilliant about it so hopefully it will be ok.
Salad would have been good, might be a bit late for that now - next time! Crisps are my downfall ( one of them) so I will be interested how I get on with them.

Not sure if it would work but could you try thinly slicing potato with a mandolin gadget and oven bake with Frylight?

My downfall is ice cream so I have been freezing yogurts and having then instead. Not as nice a Ben & Jerry's but better than nothing

I think with some women inexplicable weight gain can be be connected with what point in your menstrual cycle you are. Could that be the reason

Gaslight homemade crisps would be a tweak and therefore wouldn't be free. Probably better than actual crisps though.

Chessie I am new to Slimming World so am still learning. I thought potatoes and frylight are free?

They are, when eaten as part of a meal or if you make say chips as a snack. If you turn them into crisps then you can easily overeat them without feeling full up.

I don't know the OP feels but I would be just as happy with the chips if it meant no syns
