Hi, the info is on the members section of the SW website. For exclusively bf babies you get 5 heathy extras up to 2months old, then goes up to 6 healthy extras a day from 2 months until start adding solids, when you start following plan as normal plus 1 extra A choice . When you're getting 5-6 healthy extras they recommend 3-4 are A choices .
I didn't usually manage to have that many As and my supply was fine . There's calcium in lots of the extra veg you'll be eating, like brocolli. And if you like yogurts you'll be getting some there too , and from your supplements .
On hungry days I would use the milk allowance on making custard, hot chocolate, lattes or on porridge .
It's great having the extra Bs too, as you have the option to eat more than just bread or cereal. I'd have dried apricots, nuts, alpen bars, stewed or baked fruit (with my heA custard). Miss those days now grin
