I'm starting this week, although my sister already does it and I have read through her info.
I've only seen big drop success stories so far (which are fab) but I wondered if it has similar results with a smaller amount to lose. My actual meals are not too bad as I homecook a lot BUT it is my snacks and wine which has led to my 1.5 stone. I'm hoping SW will sort this out.
