Does SW work as well when you have 1.5 stones to lose? Please tell me your success story for inspiration.

I'm starting this week, although my sister already does it and I have read through her info.

I've only seen big drop success stories so far (which are fab) but I wondered if it has similar results with a smaller amount to lose. My actual meals are not too bad as I homecook a lot BUT it is my snacks and wine which has led to my 1.5 stone. I'm hoping SW will sort this out.

Yep I was 11st when I started and got down to 9st 10lb. It took about 3 months and included Christmas.

I only want to loose about two stone. It's working for me. 9lb down in two weeks.

Yes, I had 2 stone 4lb exactly to loose and I've lost a stone since Christmas. Average loss is 2lb a week. I cook loads out of the magazine and maje lots of homemade soups for work lunches packed with veg. I even went out one weekend for a friends birthday meal and had a bit of a cheat night with wine and desert and still lost that week. It works as long as you stick to the principles of eating lots of speed foods. Good luck.

I think they publish the big loss stories as they grab better headlines but there a few target members in my group have lost between 1-2 stone to get there.

Yep. Only want to lose 1.5-2 stones. Have lost 4oz short of a stone since Xmas.

Lost 6lb first week and much smaller losses and a couple of stay the sales since so it's coming off slowly, but I am a sucker for a takeaway do am not being strict 7 days per week and it's still working.

Yes! I have lost a stone in 7 weeks. Half a stone more to go now before I'm happy. It's slow but steady weight loss, and I have 1 'naughty' day a week which is completely off plan. Such an easy diet, have found being organised and meal planning is the key. Have also upped my exercise per week.
