3lbs is great!

You need to keep the faith and just keep going. It has to be a way of life now.

13 months in and 3 stone gone.....am here forever. :-)

thanks everyone for quick response...i hope it works as my husband and daughter are doing it with me, normally after a couple of days they stop but with SW there eating so much food there enjoying it and they have both lost weight in the first week.... i just hope it keeps coming off.

If it does slow down you can look at sugar content of things...beans for example have about 10g of sugar per half tin which is huge but SW encourages you to eat them. Or the hi fi bars are also ridiculously sugar laden. The plan does work though

Do stick with it! I'm 10 months in and 3.5 stone lighter. I've got a bit stuck recently, but that's because I'm not sticking to it properly. It really helps having the whole family doing it smile

I lost 4lb week 1, gained 1.5 week two (pmt) then lost 7.5lb week three and 7lb last week. That's 1st 3lb in 4 weeks. The two massive losses I really crammed loads of speed food, massive salads, vegetable curries etc. It works.
