I work long hours, rarely have time for a proper lunch and it's often in my car.

Can you recommend any syn free snacks that don't need to be in the fridge and won't go off quickly? so they can stay on the back seat of my car for months

Can't think of any syn free, but low syn - hifi bars/alpen light ? Or how about those jumbo snack a jacks, I think they're quite low syns.

Pots of sugar free jelly 0.5 syns. Apples should keep for a few days. Pufts 3.5 syns.
