Starting SW whilst pregnant

I'm 8 weeks and have done SW a few times always lost a lot (albeit put it back on and more!)
MW keen for me to start due to my Bmi and I really want too. Just have terrible hyperemisis.
Just wondering if there are any success stories for weight loss during pregnancy ?

Can you get referred by doctor so you get 12 free weeks?

They won't do that here in Wales I've already asked :( though they are keen for me to lose weight
