Ikea meatballs!

Hello slimming world ladies! Has anyone got any idea how many syns meatballs, mash and gravy would be at Ikea?
I tried the calculator with the nutritional info in line but it doesn't give serving size so I can't work it out properly.

I'm pretty sure that the syns are cancelled out by the energy used in assembling flat pack furniture whilst cursing lots.
