So, the did pretty well in the first 3 weeks and lost 4lbs 5oz, despite having a bit of cake here and there. Then the week after that, last week, I'd maintained my weight - despite having had about four frappes which I thought were free but turned out to be ten syns each Blush on top of 15 syns per day.
So last Friday, after weigh in, I went to a birthday party and went all out (cake, biscuits, chorizo etc) with the intention of having fewer syns for the rest of the week, which I did (I'm ebf so supposed to have all 15 syns and 4 HExAs). The only other naughty thing I had was some fries on Thursday and a bit of mayo.
Had weigh in yesterday and had put on half an oz Sad Could it all be because I was so bad after last weigh in a week ago??

Or is it due to all those HExAs?
I've worked out that I get enough calcium from free dairy anyway, so don't think I really need to be having 4 HExAs as well!

Do you mean Half a lb? Don't worry about it. Just focus on sticking to plan and lose it next week. How old is you baby? Don't put too much pressure on yourself.

It's not necessarily all fat. You know you usually get a good loss on your first week because you lose the fluid because you have massively cut down on fatty sugary carby deliciousnes?

Well you have just done that in reverse. Put last week behind you and focus on sticking to the plan in the future and you'll probably have a good loss this week.

Some times, I think bad weeks catch up on you. So you have a bad week, think "ooh I got away with it" and then maybe the next week you have a bad day or two thinking you can get away with it. But the cumulative effect sort of hits you, and you gain.
