Can I still go to Slimming World even though BMI is healthy?

Do Slimming World have minimum BMI rules? I weigh 10st 3lb but is all baby weight. This makes BMI 23 which is apparently in the healthy range. My pre-pregnancy weight was 9st and I'd like to get back to that. None of my clothes fit and I have a big overhanging stomach (c section - Baby is now 3 months old).

Will Slimming World be a good idea do you think?

You can, but your target weight will need to be within the healthy BMI range.

You have to have a minimum of 7lbs to lose in order to join.
