Syns in fizzy vitamins?

Sometimes when I need an energy boost or have a cold coming on I take fizzy/soluble vitamins, high in vitamin B and C (berocca or similar). Does anybody know if these have Syns attached?

Ok, so I've answered my own question but here's the information in case anyone was wondering.... Berocca is 0.5 Syns
