I have spent the week having to suspend disbelief that this would work as I am so in the mindset of counting all carbs and fruit as bad.
For my first week I have eaten more than I usually do, have enjoyed my food far more than I usually do and to top it all, I lost 5 lb!
I only have (had) 11 to lose so I don't expect to carry on so quickly but I have never in my life lost that amount of weight in a week.
To say I'm chuffed would be an understatement.

Did you find the plan OK? You sound like you've needed to undiet, dismiss the 101 things every weight loss plan says.
What've you been eating this week so different and did you give up anything?

It's really been tweaks rather than significant changes, I had started eating cereal again which I find impossible to eat in a small portion so I've mainly gone back to eggs, but have also discovered overnight oats which are amazing.
I've moved to skimmed milk and measured it, fat free yog products rather than greek yoghurt which I was eating a reasonable amount of before.
The biggie has been the significant increase in veg and fruit - I was eating it but nowhere near as much.
