Syns? If I don't eat them

Will it stall my weight loss.

I'm currently sat with 5-10 syns.

I could have some choccy but I'm not desperate.

I'm worried if I don't have them, I won't have had enough to eat and it might stop me losing!

Nope - on my best weeks in terms of loss I only had 5 syns or so per day. I think the syns are allowances so that you don't feel deprived, rather than necessities.

Thanks . I wondered about that. I read on another website that someone lost more weight when they had used their syn allowance.

I'll keep them for when I'm desperate

Our consultant says that your body does need some sugar to help burn fat, so I have all 15 of my syns most days (and I've lost 1st 6lb in 6 weeks) so maybe have just 5?
